Recruiter Responsibilities and Data Consent
As a recruiter using our Services, you confirm that you have obtained explicit consent from candidates to upload and process their CVs and personal data. You acknowledge that upon deletion or withdrawal of consent by a candidate, their data will be permanently removed from our data set in compliance with GDPR regulations.
Data Processing and Usage
In using our Services, you, as the recruiter, will input data pertaining to various recruitment roles and candidates. This data may be processed using OpenAI services for the purpose of enhancing and personalizing the recruitment process. We are committed to using this data responsibly and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In the course of registering for and using our Services, we collect personal information from recruiters, such as email address, phone number, name, and details about their recruitment firm. This information is essential for setting up and managing your account, providing our Services, and communicating with you.
Data Deletion and Retention
You have the option to delete roles and candidates from our system. Upon deletion, this data will be permanently removed from our active databases and any OpenAI services we utilize. We retain your personal and firm information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our Services. Upon the termination of your account, your data will be securely deleted.
User Rights
We recognize and support the rights of data subjects under GDPR, including the right to access, rectification, erasure, and data portability. Requests pertaining to these rights can be addressed to our Data Protection Officer at grilled.ai@gmail.com.
Subscriptions
All subscriptions to our Services, including renewals, are non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundability policy.
