4. You can view the candidate's CV at any time by clicking the 'CV' button next to their entry.

Assigning Roles

1. For each candidate, you have the option to assign them to a specific role. Begin by clicking 'Assign Role' in the candidate's entry.

2. A list of all roles created by you, the recruiter, will be displayed.

3. Browse through the roles and select the one that best fits the candidate’s profile.

4. Once a role is assigned, it will be linked to the candidate’s entry, ensuring organized tracking.

Navigating to Candidate's Page

1. To delve deeper into a candidate's profile, locate the 'Candidate's Page' button in their entry.

4. Regenerate Content: Adjust the inputs as needed and click 'Generate' to see new sample mock interview questions and notes. This allows you to preview the changes as if you were setting it up for the first time.5

5. Save Updates: After reviewing and being content with the new mock interview questions and notes, click 'Save'. The notes will be updated immediately, and the changes to mock interviews will be implemented in future sessions.

Editing AI-Generated Recruiter Notes

1. Navigate to Role Tabs: Start by accessing the roles tab within the platform to find the list of roles you're managing.

2. Accessing Recruiter Notes: Within the role's tab, locate and click on the 'Details' button of teh appropriate stage. A popup will appear showcasing the AI-generated recruiter notes.

3. Editing Notes: You can now freely edit the recruiter notes in the popup. Make adjustments to ensure the notes accurately reflect the role's requirements and the qualities sought in candidates.

4. Saving Changes: Once you're satisfied with the edits, save your changes. The updated recruiter notes will now be applied and visible to others accessing the role.

Deleting Entries

1. To remove a candidate from your list, simply locate their entry and click the small 'x' icon in the top right corner.

2. To delete an entire role or a specific stage within a role, click the 'x' icon located in the top right corner of the respective entry.

3. If you need to delete a role assignment for a candidate, find the role listed under the candidate's sub-rows and click the 'x' icon.
